How to Book a Session
Booking a consultation session is simple. Follow these four steps to get started on your journey.

Complete your payment through our secure third-party processor.
Attend Your Session
Join your session online via the video link provided in your confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
Please review these important terms carefully
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged at 50% of the full session rate.
No-shows without prior notice are charged the full session fee.
Up to 2 free reschedules per booking with 24 hours’ notice. Late reschedules (under 24h) carry a 25% fee starting from the 3rd reschedule. Hard cap of 4 reschedules per booking — past that, please cancel and rebook.

Card payments use a secure, PCI-compliant third-party processor. We also accept e-transfer, bank/wire transfer, and cash.
Complimentary Discovery Call
A no-charge, no-pressure discovery call (about 30 minutes) — simply a conversation to see how we can help, especially for those new to Mama Hala Consulting. Subject to availability.

Pricing varies by region, age, and case complexity for accessibility.
Refund Policy
Payments are generally final once a session takes place or a product is delivered; refunds may be considered at our discretion, and your non-waivable consumer rights are preserved.
Session Guidelines
Prepare for your session to get the most out of it
Sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing, or in-person in Ottawa, Canada or Dubai, UAE.
Be in a private, quiet space for your session.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Be on time — sessions start and end as scheduled. Late arrivals will not be extended.
Recording sessions is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from both parties.
